Let's talk about it.
This might be a bit of a long read, but it is well worth the time so you know what is going on in TODAY'S market.
In January between just these two counties, we had 536 ACTIVE LISTINGS compared to 436 active listings through February and only 257 active RIGHT NOW!
Median Price has gone DOWN just a bit from $243,500 in January to $240,000 in February!
Median DAYS ON MARKET went down from 24 days to 18 days!
We are still seeing quite a bit of demand on a day-to-day basis and listings are still selling over the asking price with multiple offers.. but.. could these numbers indicate a little bit of a slowdown? Only time will tell!!
